Depending on the size of the monitor my banner image is changing shape and therefore placing text and button in incorrect locations. Is there a way to make the banner image sticky?

I guess what i want to do is remove “Dynamic Sizing” on the banner image.
Didn’t have any effect. Image banner still resizing on desktop.
