How to stop unsolicited emails from App sellers?

How can we stop Shopify App sellers from constantly emailing unauthorized spam mail to us to promote their products? I find this a violation of privacy policies and want a permanent ban on these unsolicited emails. We can’t keep dealing with the spam volume one by one for sellers who abuse privacy policies. The Asian sellers are the worse violators…
