I have never bought our sold anything on your side hold anything on your site I don’t even know how you have got my bank details And I do not want you to take any more out of my bank and I want the money back what you have taken

Please have a screenshot of the charge on your banking statement ready to provide to our chat support team as well as the first 6 and last 4 numbers of the card being charged.
Once you have reported this to our support team please contact your bank to cancel this card and have it replaced as it is possible that your card details have been compromised.
