I am so new to Shopify and I am not so sure if I am the Correct place to ask this question though hope someone would help me!
I would like to check some of the use cases of Shopify (or Shopify plus) especially High-Tech Industries.
I would like to know:
how do they store customer’s data and how do they track customers ordering history, which add-on do they mostly use etc…
So people(customers/merchants) can check the history of shipping(date, ordering products, etc)
if they use some nice apps to keep that info or a nice add-on to integrate Shopify to some other product like HubSpot I would want to know.
any suggestions?
