how can I submit my documents to accept payments cause I put my info but it doesn’t ask me to submit anything

To gather a bit of context here, are you referring to submitting documents in order to have Shopify Payments enabled on your store? There are certain document requirements in order to use Shopify Payments. I’ll share our help center resource on Shopify Payment requirements to view the full list.
If you’re required to submit specific documents in order to have Shopify Payments enabled, there will be a secure upload banner within your Shopify admin. Since we are not able to authenticate your account here, I recommend contacting our Live Support. Our Live Support will be able to authenticate your account and have a closer look to determine what documents need to be submitted and how to submit them within your admin. Live Support is accessible via chat, email or scheduling a call-back request for phone support. I’ll share the steps below on how to contact our Support team.
How to contact Live Support:
- Navigate to our Contact Shopify Support page and select your store.
- Search a topic in the search bar and select Search.
- On the following page, scroll down and click Continue under Get Support.
