How do I change the left and right position of the search icon and the left and right position of the account icon?

You may need to edit the theme, if theme don’t have this custom option.
Maybe you need to check the header section, on code and try to find and change the icon order.
If you don’t feel confortable to edit code, I can do this for you maybe just 10-20 minutes between access store and tests.

You can try this code by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code.
Step 2: Search file theme.liquid
Step 3: Paste the below code at the bottom of the file → Save
