Hi. I need help switching themes and not losing everything I built on the current theme. I paid someone to put it together last summer and I didn’t realize they used a commercial license theme and now I have 4 days to correct it. I worked really hard on this site and don’t want to lose stuff I added including my checkout design please help me. My website is about to get shutdown.

I don’t think there is any theme with licence version will get your store shutdown.
Can you please clarify more? your store’s trial period going to expire or what is the exact problem?

Hi. I am currently using Impulse theme and I didn’t realize it wasn’t free.
I had someone put together the website for me last year. I have added stuff
to the site that I love including my checkouts and I don’t want to lose it
by switching to Dawn. I have to switch to a free theme by Friday or my
website will be suspended.

I have tried to migrate and I have items that are not moving over. My

Based on your query, we have checked that your developer might use a pirated theme, which is why you are having this issue. Firstly, you need to check the complexity of your current and new themes. Then you need to list down the customization you have done so far because if you are switching to a new theme, then you need to move all your code from your old theme to the new theme, which may break down some functionality.
So, we suggest you hire a shopify expert who will help you migrate your theme like your old theme.
Note:- Depending on the complexity, they will let you know the time duration to do this work. It might take a few days or more, but they will switch your theme within 2-3 days as a working website so that your website will not be suspended. They keep making changes on the backend, so you will not lose your sales.
