How to tag customers based on their orders?

Hi masterminds!

I’m struggling to get this workflow working.

I want to add a tag “sounding into the divine” to a customer the moment the order for this product (which is also called Sounding into the Divine) is created.

I tagged the product on the productpage accordingly (sounding into the divine).

And set up the workflow the way I did in the attachment.

But it’s not tagging my customers in any way.

What am I doing wrong here?

Btw, I tried the “name list item” solution before, that didn’t work either.

Can you post what’s in that condition? Are you trying to check a product tag in there?

Yes I’m checking for a product tag . I added the product tag to the product, see below.

The product tag:

[paul_n]

You are checking order tags not product tags. Product tags are located at order/ lineItems/ product / tags
