Hi, I sell vintage football shirts and I am looking for a report that shows how long an item has been in stock. Is there such a report or app that will do this?
The items are put in stock at different times and are often not from the date of the first listing. What I ideally need is a repot or app that will show me which items have been in stock the longest. Any help would be appreciated.
You can use the above inventory system to record the “date added” for each item so that you track how long the vintage football shirts stay in stock. Using a time difference calculation from the current date and the date added to stock, you can thereby establish how long it has been in inventory. If you use barcodes or RFID, they will automatically update stock and monitor the time period. Another alternative is custom scripts or simple formulas in spreadsheets that can be used to automate and manage this process for better tracking.
