How can I know which discount codes were used how many times on which day

I understand you’re looking to view reports of how your discount codes have performed.
When using discount codes on Shopify, you’re able to filter the following in the Discount section:
- Status
- Method
- Type
- Used
Within your Shopify admin > Discounts section next to Used you’re able to see how many times that specific discount code was used. I’ll share an example from my test store on how this section looks.

Within the Analytics > Reports > Sales by discount section of your admin, you can filter the date range to see what specific day the discount code was used. You can also use the filters to view additional information like customer information, discount type, order, product, shipping information and time. Please see the screenshot below of where to locate this section.
If you’d like, you can also look into an app such as Better Reports within the Shopify App Store. Better Reports allows you to build custom reports and filter for specific discount codes, date ranges and much more.
