How to track whether an order came from mobile or desktop.

I need to know this so I can bid accordingly on adwords.

Which app I need to use?

You can check that via Google Analytics
Just go to Analytics Dashboard → audience → Mobile overview

If you are using universal google analytics so in order to track your specific order you need to follow this path:

Analytics Dashboard → Conversions → Ecommerce → Sales Performance

Here, you need to select the required date range and you will be able to see all the orders for that date range.
