The ownership of a shopify store was transferred to me, however, my store is temporarily disabled as shopify is asking for identity and address verification of the previous owner which, of course, I cannot provide. Please help.

You should be able to change the address and stuffs of the website. Therefore, you do not need the previous owner’s address
