How to translate product recommendations in Translation Lab App?

How to translate for product recommendations in Translation Lab APP? it’s the only part that doesn’t work for me.Thanks!

Hi @SamaraJewlery ,

May I know if you’re using a Product Recommendation app or they’re just a theme section? If it’s a 3rd-party app then I’m afraid it’s not supported since they’re using Shopify navitve translation, only support theme page content.

there are a few apps that can help translate these 3rd-party content automatically and manually like Weglot or Langify, they work fine with page builder like PageFly as well
