Hello,

We are trying get the packing slip to translate the “product title” to a different language (in English).

However it keeps returning the product title of the default language (in Japanese).

All products are translated through Shopify translage and adapt.

We have 2 different market settings and each market has different language (JP and EN).

We found a very similar question in a previous post but couldn’t find a solution so hope someone could share us a way to solve this out.

We asked several apps but mostly they answered they cannot help us as this is a part where shopify decides the rules.
