How to trigger a popup message for multiple product orders?

Hi Shopify Community,

I would like to have on my site (bladekegs.com) a popup when my customer adds a product to their basket which says “Add another product for discounted shipping”. It is not order value triggered, instead it needs to be triggered by order quantities. If they order multiples of 2 (2,4,6,8…) they receive discounted shipping. I just want a way to pop up when they add one to cart to say ‘Hey save yourself some shipping fees and get two’ - if that makes sense.

If there is a way to facilitate this please do let me know!

While it is not possible natively to create that kind of bespoke pop-up, there are certain third-party apps that can facilitate that right here.

While I cannot find an app that says it can specifically respond to order quantities as opposed to order value, it may be worth reaching out to the app developers directly to ask if their tool will help with that.
