I am transferring my domain from squarespace to now shopify and I’m running into some trouble. Every time I request my transfer code from squarespace to plug it into shopify transfer code, it can never be verify/ doesn’t work. I don’t know what to do, can use your help.

I first recommend completing some local troubleshooting steps to see if that resolves the issue. You can clear your cache and cookies and/or try using an incognito window. Once you do that, you can follow the steps to transfer your domain again.
If after that you continue to run into the same issue, can you share a screenshot of the error message you receive with me here? I’ll do some digging into our resources and see what might be causing the issue.
