How to troubleshoot 'unpaid' order status on Spocket?

Hi there

I am in the workings of making a shopify dropshipping store with products from spocket. I have placed an order on the shopify store website to test the process, however when i see the order in spocket it says “unpaid”, and when i try to “checkout” on spocket the following message shows up: “Charge invalid - Payment intent status!”,

which leaves me stuck in the process.

So any sugggestions on how to proceed from here?
