How to turn image banner into a clickable button

I have an image banner on the top of my website with an image displaying a 40% off sale. I want people to be able to click the image banner to make it take them to my collection. How do I do this?

The below-provided steps can help you to turn your image banner into a clickable button:

  • Log in to your Shopify admin panel.
  • Go to your Online Store> Themes.
  • Look for the Hero or Header section where the image banner is displayed.
  • Now replace the existing code or add the below-provided code in the liquid.file

Image Banner

Make sure to replace “/collections/your-collection-handle” with the collection URL you want to link to. Also, replace “your-image-url” with the URL of your image.

  • Now save the changes and preview your store to see if the image banner is now clickable.

Note: The code or settings related to the image banner may vary depending on your theme.
