How to unpublish out of stock products using Flow?

Is anyone familiar with unpublishing out-of-stock products using Flow?

I setup the following flow but it doesn’t seem to always fire - sometimes out of stock products still show in collections.

Trying to understand if somehow the Flow is incorrectly setup or possibly what I want to achieve (unpublish from online store any product that becomes out of stock) is not possible?

Please try out shopify flow with following inventory policy conditions too.
The attached screenshot may help you to achieve proper trigger.
