Number two is most likely because you have products in a category that requires barcodes. Nothing you can do to resolve that other than submitting barcodes. If you don’t have any, then not much can be done and you have to accept the limitations.
Enhanced listings is connected to submitting accurate product identifiers, so if you don’t have valid data, you will not be eligible for free listings.
