How we change the name of previous owner from the document requirement after change of owner of store.

That’s a good question!
It sounds like you have recently changed the ownership of your store, and are wondering how to submit verification documents for the new owner as it is still requesting them for the old one.
The quickest way to resolve this will be to reach out to our support team using this link here. As this change will involve account access (which we cannot do here on the Community) you will need to be logged in as the current Account Owner when reaching out to us. We can take a closer look and request that the name be changed for you.
Once our team gets this name changed for you, you can then submit the documents for the new owner by uploading them directly through your admin. Please do not send any private or confidential documents via email unless specifically asked to do so by our team.
