How to update Shipping Method Default Message?

Hello,

We do not want to ship to certain US states so we created zone to include only the states we need. Everything is working as expected including Shipping page not allowing customer to go beyond CART page if they have entered address out of our delivery zone. Message it displays is below -

Some items in your cart can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again.

This message is not very informative. How can we make the message better? Is there a way to update this message in settings?

Thank you for your questions:

To edit your shipping method default message, you can follow these steps below:

  • Click Online Store on the Shopify sidebar menu → ThemesActionsEdit Languages (See attached below).

  • In the Search bar at the top of the screen, type in the message that you want to update. For instance, you can fill out " your cart can’t be shipped", this default message will show up immediately and you can replace it with the new message that fits your requirement.

  • Click Save and you’re good.
