Hello everyone,
I work at a company that manufactures its own barcode scanners, and our engine is currently not compatible with Shopify. I contacted the support team, and I received the recommendation of reaching out to the Shopify community in regards to this question.
From our knowledge, Shopify will have to integrate a PID and VID code into their software, and then provide these codes so that we can also integrate them into our engines.
Any help on this matter would be much appreciated.
