I’m having trouble uploading my business certificate shopify doesn’t support the file I’m trying to download and I’m not sure how else to send it.

I understand that you’re having trouble uploading your business certificate and the file type isn’t supported on Shopify. While I’m not sure which file type you’re working with, we would recommend using an image file (eg. .PNG, .JPG, or .PDF). This can be done by taking a high quality picture of your document or by scanning the document onto a digital file.
