I am trying to upload a PDF to one of my menu’s that I have created in my navigation tab. I can get the PDF uploaded and everything looks great. The problem is, it uploads to every one of my menus (collections).
Is there a way to upload it just to one of my menus and not all of them?

Upload your PDF to your Files which is located in “Settings”->“Files”, then take the URL of the upload and paste it in your navigational link.

What do you mean by paste into the “navigational link”?
I was originally uploading it as a image with text but that is when it appeared on all of the drop down pages.
