I’m trying to achive the same as this website.
Although, whenever I try to upload the very same gif: Shopify fails to process it.
The only time I ever achieved to upload the file was after compressing it. But this is weird, since that other website was able to upload it without ever compressing the file.
Hi @riservatoxyz you can download that gif image, then use this tool and optimize image then try to upload again: https://ezgif.com/optimize
Go to Settings > files, you can upload gif image and then copy link to display it. The maximum size Shopify requires is 20mb, so you need to upload it under 20mb, this is required.
