If you’re looking to create a page / section of your store that includes customer images and links, there are a few app recommendations I’d like to share. If you’ve already created a business account for your Instagram, you can integrate the app Instafeed - Instagram Feed. This app allows you to share your content from your Instagram directly to your Shopify store. Depending on the content you have posted, this is a great way to share images of customers purchased items and new content you’ve posted on your social media handle.
Another option is to utilize the app REVIEWS.io Product Reviews. The app is designed so that customers can leave reviews on products and include a photo of their purchase for better visibility. This can help increase conversion rates and buyer trust. You’re able to view how the app displays and functions by clicking the View demo store option.
If you require assistance with integrating the apps mentioned above to your store, I recommend using the Get Support option. This option is located directly on the app page under Support. You can also follow the steps listed within our help resource on getting help with third-party apps.

The Site is planned to offer PCR Tests, which would be locally delivered. The customer area would be ideal to upload the test result, so that the customer has easy access to them.

In regards to creating a custom page where customers upload and receive their PCR test results, you’ll need to review Section 8 of our Acceptable Use Policy as Shopify is not HIPAA compliant. I would advise seeking independent legal counsel if you’re unsure whether this use of Shopify is appropriate.
As mentioned above, you can look into our Shopify Experts to see if creating this custom page is possible. You can also navigate to our Shopify App Store for apps that allow for file and image uploads.
Yes.I Think its possible ..We can can upload whatever content to customer area.

Shopify can be made a part of a HIPAA-compliant solution so long as you are storing your HIPAA & PHI ( also know as ePHI) data outside of Shopify and using a HIPAA-compliant webhost.
We do this all the time. There are some key concepts that need to be followed .. all dictated by your workflows for purchase.
