We’re an online grocery store that opened a few months ago and want to sell COVID-19 test kits online. We have all necessary documentation associated with these kits.
When we were setting up our inventory initially, we have a placeholder stock item for these kits and were warned about having the documentation uploaded. We did this a second time and our whole store was pulled offline before we were given the chance to upload documentation.
Question: is there a process for uploading documentation BEFORE we upload the stock items into Shopify? It’s holiday season and we can’t afford to be offline. But any reference to a portal for uploading COVID-19 documentation has a 404 link error.
Any assistance would be appreciated! We want to prove we have documentation around these kits before we post them to a storefront, we really don’t want to be pulled offline!
