We desperately want to use a content block from the About Us page on our homepage, specifically the customer testimonials.
I already emailed the developer and they said it’s “impossible,” but I don’t think that is the case. Can anyone please offer some assistance?

Thank you for getting in touch. Can you tell me which theme you are using on your store please? Can you also show me where the testimonials section is on your store, as I don’t see it on your About page? Themes built for Shopify should include a variety of different sections that can be used on the home page, including testimonials.

There are “Customer Stories” on this page (just hard to see white text over white)

Okay, thank you. As this is not a Shopify-made theme or one available through our Theme Store made by an approved theme developer, we will not be able to offer direct assistance for this issue. Themes bought from unofficial sources are not held to the same quality and design standards that all themes made available on the Shopify Theme Store are, and as such issues such as this are likely to arise. I would recommend looking into some of the themes we offer as support is readily available for them and they are regularly updated in line with the high standards we set from a quality assurance perspective.
If you wish to move forward with the theme you’re using, you can consider hiring a Shopify Expert who may be able to assist if the theme developer claims they are unable to.
