We would strongly recommend that you do not attempt to do this (and we do not support it ourselves) because it may make your theme more susceptible to code problems and functional problems.
I answered a similar question in this forum post so could you please read that carefully to get better context and understanding for why that is not a good idea?
Could you also explain to me a little bit about why you’re looking to affect such customization? What is your thinking behind it and how would it be beneficial to your brand?
