Are you a customer who placed this order? Or are you the merchant who received the order?
If you are a merchant, you can cancel an order from within your store admin under the order tabs. You can learn more about how to manage orders in our Help Center: Orders · Shopify Help Center.
If you are a customer who placed this order you will need to contact the store you purchased from directly for assistance. Most stores will have a contact us page or you can reply back to your order confirmation email for help.
