I use the Multiple Product Options and I set it all up with the options and I see it on my website and they can pick lets say the color but when I get the order I don’t see what colors they picked.

As soon as you have issues with a purchased app, you need to contact app developers. They will audit your store and app and will let you know if there are problems with their app or perhaps there is another app on your store that causes these issues.
