Hello! We are sending our abandon cart emails in Shopify, but haven’t found a way to track open rates or even see the total number sent. We can see how many sessions they have been, conversions, orders, etc. Is there a way to get the open rate and total sent?

Unfortunately the native Shopify Abandoned Cart does not give any statistic about email open rate, email soft/hard bouncing, etc.
There are other email marketing apps that integrates with Shopify and can provide these metrics (e.g. Klaviyo).
