Always thoroughly test bundling apps to make sure it’s behavior aligns with your business processes.
Some complicate inventory management, or fulfillment, etc.

Thank you for the screenshot and the link to the product page you are wanting to sample from.
From what I can see this merchant is using a custom carousel to showcase those three product bundles. Each product in the carousel is its own listing and has its own standalone product page, so the carousel bundle is really just a fancy suggested products spot.
The bundles themselves appear to be setup using standard variants (Size, Plug Type) and since each one shown in the carousel has its own product listing the product SKU is different for each bundle purchased. If the seller is fulfilling these orders themselves then they know based on which bundle purchased how many products are included. If they are dropshipping it is possible these are bundles sold by their supplier.
You can also use a SKU bundler app to create your own single product listing using multiple product skus as part of it. You can take a look at apps in that category by following this link: Shopify App Store - SKU Bundler.

If you are looking to use a bundle app to create something similar like the image you shared, you may want to consider using our app.
To achieve creating a similar bundle like the one on the image, you would first need to create a dummy bundle product in Shopify.
Under ‘Options’, you can do the following:
Option name 1: Product name
Option values: all variations
Option name 2: Product name
Option values: all variations
** ignore this step if you don’t need a third variation **
Option name 3: Product name
Option values: all variations

The bundle inventory is automatically set based on the available inventories of the bundle item(s), including the inventories of the variants.
Proper quantity will also be taken out of the inventory of each bundle that is being purchased.
