How/where do I add code to truncate product titles on the new Dawn 2.0 Theme?

Hi Everyone! Hope you are having a great day!

I was wondering if anyone knew how to apply the truncate code to limit the amount of characters/words displayed from the product titles on the new Dawn 2.0 Theme

When I say truncate:

e.g. so that “this really long description of a really long thing a ling” is shortened and displayed on one line as “this really long description of a…” when viewed on the collection pages, and then when viewed on the actual product page for the full title to show.

I’ve seen this posted on many other discussions but for much older themes, but I am struggling to find the right location to add in the truncate code on the new Dawn 2.0 Theme for it to work.
