For the apps and even with the Shopify website, will I be notified on the payment via email or will it be automatically deducted ?? what is the situation on that??-

The usual billing cycle with Shopify subscription fees is 30 days, but you can switch to an annual, bi-annual, or tri-annual cycle if you prefer to only be billed every 1, 2 or 3 years. Billing cycles for Apps from our Apps Store also have a 30-day cycle!
You will be notified of an upcoming invoice via email, you will be sent an email a few days before you are due to be billed from our systems. After that, payment will be deducted from the credit card you’ve listed on file under the account owner on the day the payment is due.
You can keep track of your upcoming and past bills in the Shopify admin! If you click on Settings, then go to Billing, you can see your recent and upcoming bills. You can click on any of these bills to get a breakdown of the charges that make up the total, and you can also download those bills to keep your own records.
There is an explanation here of each charge that may appear on your invoice and a guide here on how to read your invoice. We try to be as transparent as possible when it comes to billing so you understand what you are paying for.
