How you managing your chargeback disputes?

I was wondering how you guys are handling your chargeback disputes ?

I wish you wont have any chargebacks in your business, but we all know that’s not possible.

Are you using any fraud prevention tool?

Keeping a close eye on them by yourself and handling them manually once there’s an open dispute?

What about chargeback automation apps? ever heard of those?

I manually keep an eye on any flags which occur. It’s the automated one on shopify. I’ve had 1 red, which I didn’t ship anyway but a chargeback was initiated before I got the chance to cancel and refund. I would cancel and refund any red straight away and conact custoemr to explain why. Any yellow I contact customer for further info before shipping or refund.

But what should we do if we have more than one “friendly fraud” chargebacks disputes?

How can you keep track of those without wasting precious time?
