HTML Issue on Legal pages ( Table colspan not injecting )

Hello All,

I’m editing the Legal Pages ( Shipping Policy ) , However, when I edit the html in the editor.. Shopify Checkout page is not inputting the colspan=“3”. Is this a bug coming from Shopify?

Order value should have colspan=“3”.. but on the checkout this is missing. As if shopify is not reading this HTML line of code… can anyone help?

It seems still the same behaviour: that colspan tag is stripped from the td.

Bumping this as i have the same issue. Colpan appears in the backend html code but is tripped when rendered live. Other attributes like class seem to work so I think the colspan attribute is being blocked.
