My order has been completed and I have made payment of amount Rs 796.00 dated- 05.01.2022 vide transaction ID- 32361547038937 through my credit card and payment PayU and payment merchant showing as- Guna Darshan Mathurbhai
I am still not received my order delivery yet OR no any refund for the same.
When I am again try to open the this link but link not open, showing some error.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I truly understand placing an order on a store and not receiving a product is not an ideal experience.
Shopify is an eCommerce platform that does not manage the shipping, sales, orders or day to day operations of a store. Have you already had a chance to reply directly to the order confirmation email you received after placing the order? The store owner will be in the best position to advise you on when your item was shipped and any other order related information.
Since you mentioned the store link does not work for you, I recommend reaching out to the store via Instagram. Sometimes social media handles are more closely monitored and you may receive a quicker response there.
If you have exhausted all attempts of contacting the merchant, I’d like to share this resource for Reporting an Issue with a Merchant. From the drop-down menu, select Non Delivery of a Product and proceed to the following page where you’ll need to enter: your name, email address and order confirmation URL. Your order confirmation URL can be retrieved via the order confirmation email you received. Please be sure to check your inbox, spam, junk folder etc for this email.
I want to emphasize that we absolutely do not condone any type of fraudulent activity on Shopify. If this does happen to be a Shopify store, filing a claim with your bank / payment provider will trigger a notification internally at Shopify. We can use this information to investigate a store as needed. We will take a look into the stores’ activity and take action where appropriate.
