Hi all.
My store currency is GBP. I have multiple markets.
One such market is Norway. It uses local currency (NOK). In the Norwegian product catalogue, I set the price to 399 NOK. So far, so good.
I use Kaching to offer 1 piece for the standard 399 NOK, and 2 pieces for 599 NOK. I set this as a fixed price within Kaching.
However… if a customer adds the 2 piece offer to cart, they will see a price like 599,01 NOK, or 598,98 NOK.
This is a huge disconnect, and my store - unsurprisingly - has only seen orders for the standard, single purchase. There is a large number of abandoned checkouts, more than historically, which I expect is down to that disconnect.
I contacted Kaching, and they say that this is a Shopify-related issue.
If you are running multi-markets and use the likes of Kaching, please try this out now and see if it’s affecting you. If you’re like me, it might be costing you conversions day after day.
Does anyone know a workaround?
