I accidentally entered the wrong information in Shopify Finances

Hello,

I am very new to shopify and I accdentally entered the wrong information into my shopify account and now its asking me to verify my information under a name and SSN of the wrong person, and I need to change it. But I can not find anywhere to change it.

everytime i click the link or try to contact support it gives me this message

I can confirm the input from your fellow Community member here that it would be necessary to reach out via our Help Centre for account support in this case.

If you’re encountering an error while trying to do so, we advise merchants to log in to admin, fill out the info in ‘Settings’ > ‘Store Details’ and then save this info.

You can then proceed to access the Help Centre using an Incognito window in Google Chrome, which should allow you to get support.
