I am getting billed 384 Euro as i have closed my store a long time

I did close my store a while ago, and then i had the free trial version, for which i paid 1 euro a month, but as for now, as times have gotten harder money wise, i see that this is trying to bill me for 384 euro for something that i am not using, and i do not see a way how to not pay those 384 euro for nothing. Please help, as i am trying to deactivate my store it requires me to pay that amount.

To clarify, did you start a new free trial after closing your store? If you did begin a new free trial it means you opened a second account, which is likely the account charging you. To prevent these charges you’ll need to cancel your subscription and deactivate your store by following these steps.

That being said, since the bill has already been issued you would need to pay the outstanding amount before you can close the account on your end.
