What we are trying to achieve and what outcome we expect: I am trying to achieve new customers and sales
My store has been open for a month and currently at this time i am receiving no sales. I have the traffic, add-to-carts, customer emails etc. My main concern is people are dropping off at add-to-cart and check out. Any advice would be grateful to help me achieve my goal.

Welcome to the community.
Like any drop shipping business, it can work, but it needs a lot of work. Your store is third I saw recently, and very basic, with some product descriptions and text, and all the same issues.
You will see that the first one is already closed, and the second store looks very similar.
Now I know you can not be objective, but would you buy from your store? Be honest. What credibility and trust signals does it have?
To me About us page, even if it may be AI-generated looks like the most connection it can make with cusomers. Homepage, meh, AI-generated image is solid, but that text gives it way
Be honest, " 4.8/5 from real customers," you got that from the supplier, right? No sales no reviews form your store.
To me, you need to have more real people, images and videos drinking your coffee and commenting on taste. That is only thing it could sell it.
Product pages need to be more informative, more unique. Packaging is ok but I would expect more. Like real image of tea or coffee outside of bag, and even how it looks whe prepared. What color, taste…
And if that data says you are 49, and feel like old man, is true, I do not have any other business or contact information. Gmail email is not enough. Like one member said, “if I see a Gmail, to me that is a scammer” . But you do not have bussness name, registration number, address, or phone. No social account too, you have links to social networks only. Why? So you think all this is fine, and would you leave your personal and credit card information to store like that.
Running a store is not easy; you have to constantly learn. Good way to do that is to go through the Store feedback category here and check other merchants’ issues and successes. Check this good example, a store that do well and want toscale more
So you need something like that to aim for.

Thanks for the feedback. While my store is new i am still is the process of making changes daily. I am very thankful of your feed back and have started to make improvements. I took care of the email, not sure why i didn’t think of that but when i started i needed a easy email so used @gmail.com but now its changed. Currently my dropshipper does not have any other images of coffee beans or others related to my branded bag of coffee. I am looking into get my images as we speak. Thank you again

Also Trust can not be bought. Once my site has been around a while longer i suppose users may start to have trust in the site. I know i need reviews for my product but i guess that will come with sales. I don’t believe pictures can make trust and i am all for one want these customers to trust me. You asked would i buy from my site, yes i would I see no reason why someone wouldn’t because i lack pictures of the coffee. Customers can really only trust into themselves is this website legit. Well i want them too feel this way, and hopefully with a few changes they can.
For images, yes, you depend on the supplier, but you can play more with AI using your product images. Simple, clean maybe ike
But for the product page, check this out as an example.
Top name, reviews, price, then taste 3 things, short description.
Subscription, you will aim for that too in the future, I guess.
Then it have icon/text customer reassurance block, flavor profile looks nice as a section. Then the story section, about the country and the people. You do not have a direct producer but can make a similar section.
And lets say one of your products
A long description on the side, the main thing is lost. Tastes: French vanilla, Hazelnut, Caramel, and the rest. That should stick out
Check other stores that you know, and pick good things, and implement.
