If you’re using the Shopify Point of Sale (POS) app, to see your orders you need to tap the menu icon ≡ and tap Orders. Orders made in-person through the POS app are listed here.
If you’re using the Shopify mobile app, you simply need to tap the Orders tab at the bottom of the app. Both online and POS orders are found here.
In the Shopify admin, when you log in through a browser on a desktop the Orders page is found on the left sidebar. On a mobile device, you’ll need to tap the menu icon ≡ on the upper left-hand corner to find Orders. Just like the Shopify mobile app, you’ll find both POS and online orders here.

In addition to finding them on the Orders page, you’ll know you have orders through the new order notifications that are sent to your account owner email address. You can set different emails to receive these notifications by going to Settings > Notifications > Staff order notifications in the Shopify admin.
If you don’t have orders yet, make sure you have a solid marketing plan in place so you can target potential customers to visit your store. You can advertise on social media or search engines, such as Google, and even share your website on forums or Facebook groups. Those are just a few ideas on how you can market the website.
