I am not able to navigate to the embedded app section in app extension

I created the app using shopify CLI. I am not able to create the navigation bar in my app. I am not able to go the the Embedded app section or navigation link for my app.
Am I missed anything for this while creating the app?

I am not able to create the navigation link like in https://shopify.dev/apps/app-extensions/navigation-links

This is now moved from extension to app setup tab there we can create the navigation links.
