I am unable to add payments to a partial order in POS app

Hi team,

I have read Shopify docs which confirms that I should be able to add payments to a partial order created within the app, however when I go to the partial paid order I do see the amount outstanding but no “accept payment” button or link accept payments and complete the order.

I really need the help as my customers often like to put items on layaway and this issue is affecting my business almost daily.

Can anyone assist me? is there a simple fix available?

The app version running is 3.62.0 if that helps any. I’ve checked for app updates and anything else I can think of but no luck.

were you ever able to resolve this? we need to offer layaway to our customers but haven’t been able to find an app that meets our clients’ needs.
