Hello, I am unable to log in to my shopify store. I do nog have recovery or authentication codes. I tried to press forgot my password but after I did that it keeps asking for recovery and authentication codes that I don’t have. Please help

I tried contacting support on the shopify website but that did not help at all
Hey @Zwalk1 what exactly was said when you made the report to the support team? In my knowledge, reaching out to the team to help disable the two factor authentication is still your best move in a situation like this.
It just tells me to reset my password or email. Then it says
