I am using Shopify Brooklyn theme . But after I make a purchase , I don’t see my shopping cart , due to which I am unable to cancel my order.
I am also unable to cancel from backend by going to Orders-> More Action
(There is no cancel other option here as well)

I appreciate that you have let us know which theme you are using and your online store URL. You have a beautiful store, by the way! Just to gather some additional context, are you attempting to test your payment gateway on your online store? Or, are you testing out the navigation that your customers will need to follow to make a purchase?
In order to purchase the products in the shopping cart, you will need to complete the checkout process. If you did not complete the checkout process, the order will not appear within the Orders of your Shopify admin. With that being said, you will not be charged for the order unless you have completed the checkout.

I have checked my Payment gateway ( payment and checkout process) and its working fine.
However , after the payment was made , I wanted to cancel my order .
But , neither could I see my shopping cart nor could I cancel the order. As I have Admin access , I tried to cancel the order from backend … so I went to Orders-> More Action. But there also there was no option for order cancellation.

Please note that you can only cancel unfulfilled orders from the backend. If the order is fulfilled, the cancel option is not available.
You can view the order page by clicking “View order” in the Order confirmation email that you received after making the order. However, you can’t cancel the order from there. Order cancellation can only be performed from the backend.
