With regards to your inquiry, I have to second what @Dan-From-Ryviu has asked. As per the screenshot you have shared, this is what needs to happen as it seems the store is still on the trial plan.
Moreover, I have also found this help document that walks you through testing your gateway once the account is eligible. Give this a look as well for more information on testing your checkout.

This is not possible to do so as the account needs to leave the trial mode.
The good thing about this however, just because you have chosen a plan, does not mean you trial period is over. Once you have seen the features and decided the platform is not what you are looking for, you can still close your account before paying for the subscription fee.
Moreover, if you have already been charged, you can always reach out to our live support team for further assistance regarding this billing matter.
