Thanks for that context, @Halstep . The business may need some time to follow up with your support request, so keep an eye out for any communications coming from them! If 30 days since the day of purchase pass, and you don’t hear back from the business regarding the order, or receive your goods, let us know, and we can assist you with reporting the order if needed.
